As a native of Abruzzo, Italy, he utilises his roots as he reimagines the essence of Italy. Prior to Il Ristorante, he honed his skills at restaurant Reale, where he gained three Michelin stars cooking reimagined traditional delicacies, but with an air of sophistication. Chef Niko is best recognised for his gastronomy. He thoroughly understands the ingredients put in front of him, all while incorporating them into his values and what his cooking stands for. Personally providing his services as a consultant to both the restaurant and his protege, you can be sure that the food provided will be top of the line, and up to the standards even of the best restaurateurs. After all, Il Ristorante received two Michelin stars from The Michelin Guide Dubai 2022, so you can be sure that they have not lost their touch.
