CAMPARI, The Ritz-Carlton Bangkok, and Alchemy Thailand came together to host the highly anticipated 13th Annual Negroni Week 2025 Opening Night on 22nd September at the stylish Caleō Bar, The Ritz-Carlton Bangkok.


The evening was co-hosted by Armando De Paulis, Managing Director – Asia Partner Markets, Campari Group, Clément Larre - Director of Food & Beverage, The Ritz-Carlton Bangkok and Christian Harmston - Chief Executive Officer of Alchemy Asia Group. Adding to the excitement, the event welcomed world-renowned bartender "Simone Caporale" celebrated for holding the No.1 spot on The World’s 50 Best Bars five times, who crafted signature cocktails exclusively for the night.

The Opening Night was not only a celebration of cocktail culture but also a charitable cause. Proceeds from the evening supported Slow Food, a global non-profit dedicated to preserving local food traditions, biodiversity, and advancing sustainable gastronomy.


Now in its 13th edition, Negroni Week 2025 runs worldwide from 22 to 28 September, uniting thousands of bars and restaurants across the globe. In 2024, the initiative saw participation from more than 13,000 venues in nearly 90 countries, raising over USD 600,000 to fund 24 hospitality scholarships and 17 community projects. This year, funds raised will again be directed through Slow Food, ensuring direct support to hospitality communities, cultural preservation, and food education worldwide.
